Board of Directors

Joseph DiMarino: Non-Executive Director. DiMarino is a graduate of Villanova University and has worked in the newspaper and publishing industry for more than 33 years. He began his newspaper career in 1970 with the Philadelphia Inquirer, which was subsequently acquired by Knight Ridder. DiMarino remained with the Inquirer and soon moved up in the Knight Ridder organization. He helped create Knight Ridder Interactive's MediaStream, Inc. - a company that pioneered and provided Internet services for newspapers and was its President until its sale in 2001. Joseph DiMarino brings an in-depth knowledge and understanding of newspaper operations to the board.

Mark Blanchard: Non-Executive Director. Mark Blanchard is co-founder and President of Resort TV Services. Prior to that he was Vice President and General Manager of Protosource's former Suncoast division, a business he helped found in 1998. From 1995 to 1998 he was founder and President of Internet Stock Market Inc., which facilitated the promotion of public companies. From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Blanchard was founder and President of Pension Specialists Management Group, a company that advised pension funds on investments. From 1979 to 1992, Mr. Blanchard held several positions with Raymond James and Associates, and Smith Barney, full service brokerage firms. His final position with Smith Barney was Senior Vice President of Municipals. He graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in business in 1976.

Stewart Kalter: Non-Executive Director.Stewart Kalter has spent almost his entire career providing analysis and research to the investment banking industry. He has worked with Bishop Allen, Global Capital Securities and Alexander, Wise and Company. Over the years he has appeared, been published and/or mentioned throughout the media including Bloomberg, Dow Jones News and CNBC. Mr. Kalter gained his B.S. in Accounting at Widener University and received his MBA in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University in 1995. Mr. Kalter currently maintains the Series 7, 63, 24 and 27 licenses.

Peter A. Wardle: Chief Executive Officer. Wardle joined Protosource as a Director in December 2001 and took over as CEO in May 2002. Prior to joining Protosource he co-founded P2i in 2000 with Thomas Butera (see bio.) where he also held the position of CEO. Since then he has led P2i through several acquisitions, mergers and divestments including the merger with Protosource. Prior to P2i Wardle co-founded a New York new media design firm in 1993 and over a seven-year period the company developed key relationships with such clients as Kodak, Sharp Electronics, Kimberly Clark and InterPublic Group (IPG), establishing US offices in New York City, Boston and Washington DC. Previously Wardle spent 13 years in the automotive industry, having graduated college in business and accounting.

Thomas C. Butera: Chief Operations Officer. Butera is a graduate of Parsons School of Design in New York City and a co-founder, with Peter Wardle, of P2i. He joined the board of Protosource upon the closing of the P2i merger. Within P2i he had a similar role to the one he holds within Protosource: all sales, account management and technical functions ultimately report back to Butera. Technology has always been his focus and he has led teams in the development of an array of New Media based, business-to-business marketing tools for such clients as Lucent Technologies, Black and Decker, Alliance Capital and Monsanto. Prior to 1993 Butera served as the creative leader at Prudential Securities for almost six years. He was responsible for transitioning that company's design group from traditional design layout techniques to computer-based design.
